Providers in our network are independent businesses. Each one sets its own quotes and prices and handles its own workmanship and customer service. If you are unhappy with work done on your garage door, a good first step is to contact the provider directly and keep written notes.
Please let us know too. Your feedback helps keep the network honest, and providers who repeatedly fall short may be removed. Still, Occasionspaper Garage Doors cannot settle contract disputes, issue refunds for a provider's work, or make decisions on a provider's behalf.

We confirm by email that we received your message, usually within a few business days. After that we review the matter, which may include contacting the provider. We then reply with what we found and any action we are taking.
If our answer does not settle things, reply and ask for a second look. You may also contact your state's consumer protection agency or attorney general, or the Better Business Bureau. If the provider holds a license, your state licensing board may be able to help as well.
